Not as good as Caulipower, but good enough
Since ower has discontinued their cauliflower flour blends, I got this as a substitute. This has a stronger cauliflower flavor than what I'm used to, but it still works well. I mostly use it with my fruit and veggie muffins that I make for my toddler so that I can sneak in as much veggies as possible. It has baked well in my muffins, but I haven't tried it with a quick bread in the oven yet. Because of the strong cauliflower flavor, you can only use it with strong - flavored recipes. I also like to use it on place of the wheat flour in corn muffins since the corn meal flavor helps to over power it.

Makes yummy pizza dough
Nice soft texture. One of the better gluten free products I’ve used.

Didn't care for the taste
If you don't mind everything you make with this flour tasting like cauliflower then you will love it. I like cauliflower, but I found the taste of this flour way too strong for anything I would make. I've used a cauliflower/cassava blend and loved it, so I will just use that. I tried cutting this flour with cassava, but the flavor still overpowered. Not suitable for baking, may be okay as a thickener for gravy or something like that.

Good product
My supermarket stopped carrying a similar product so I'm buying this now. I'd like to know how much cauliflower is really in here but other than that, it's a fine baking flour.

Tried to eat healthier
The initial smell was not good. It smelled like old shoes worn without socks for a few years that were left out in the rain. We followed the directions and the dough ball was extremely tough to roll out into a sheet. It did form some kind of cooked pizza dough, similar to a barren dry desert land, cracked and lacking all desire to eat. We put our ingredients on and tossed it back in the oven for a few minutes. It does resemble pizza but the taste is not so great. The texture is similar to cat litter piss patties and the taste is repulsive. My house smells like a barn full of piggy broccoli farts and I'm out a small chunk of money in attempts to eat healthier. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Same taste and texture as regular flour
Product as advertised is a substitute for regular flour. I was impressed by the final product when using the coliflower flour as oppose to regular all purpose flour. The taste and texture is pretty much the same.

Worked for crepes, not so much for bread
Had trouble using it to make French bread, did not rise well. Made excellent crepes with it though. Very happy they came out so well.Crepes Suzan

Not a low calorie product.
I have been buying a crepe product called Crepini that I was able to purchase only through Costco. It was/is a cauliflower and egg product has few calories and was very tasty. So, I thought I should try using cauliflower flour. I bought it without carefully reviewing the calorie count for this product. I mean, it's cauliflower! Shouldn't the calories be lower than regular flour? The answer: NO. This product has 130 calories per ONE-FOURTH cup! I looked up the calorie count for wheat flour and it has 114 calories per 1/4 cup. Immediately upon receipt and viewing the nutritional details, I was disappointed. But, hey, I bought it, now I need to try it. Today I made waffles, using a half recipe (1 cup of flour - yikes - 520 calories!). When I opened the bag, the smell nearly knocked me over. I knew at once that I had to add something to help counteract the cauliflower "aroma." I added cinnamon and more vanilla. The waffle looked OK, but I can't say the same for the taste. I put on butter and syrup and it was still barely edible. I couldn't taste cinnamon at all. I can't recommend this product unless you dearly love the concentrated cauliflower taste. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of this product because I don't know if I have the courage to use it again. I made this waffle 45 minutes ago and I'm still waiting for the odor to dissipate throughout my hour.
