Good value - for 10 months ...
Updated Oct. Accidentally fell from a low height onto normal hard surface, screen cracked like it's sugar glass not gorilla glass. Many previous phones have survived fine such an incident. Ulefone do not have service centres or support and wholly unwilling to help or provide a swap or equivalent - or anything. Just, no support. So it's throw away as it's not a common make for local repair shops. So yeah, worked fine for 10 months. In the end a cheap Chinese import - until they can offer support, don't bother.2 days in so far so good. Battery life is excellent, sound quality, build, toughness, weight, feel, etc good. Camera works.Signal reception seems good also, this phone works downstairs where my previous one wasn't happy. The 'hot key' or easy key on the LHS is a bit quirky, a double click to operate means press twice inside about 1/20 of a second. Fastest finger first needed...And in settings or anywhere else I cannot organise my apps alphabetically, very frustrating.Nor can I add specific things onto the front screen - eg torch. Or settings. In fact there isn't a torch icon at all, it's hidden inside the 'outdoor toolbox' icon. It's less than 120 quid . A posh meal out for 2. Two tanks of fuel in the car. Won't get better value if it last the next 4 years.

Strong phone
Love it, mind you, if this were to fall on your face whilst you're browsing in bed, you will need a new face!!Super heavy but love taking it to the bathtub and doing my online shopping or just reading for leisure. Great, works, battery life is as advertised. The protector screen is already broken but that's because I'm super clumsy... hence the purchase in the first place. I was tired of all my phones dying on me. And it's just the screen protector, not the actual screen. Does have a headphone jack even though it's not advertised for some reason and the underwater camera is OK. Definitely recommend, comes with a plum bob app if you're interested.

Armour 5 rugged phone.
Day 3. So far, all good. I was afraid the Armour 5 (with a U) might be a bit of a brick, but was pleasantly surprised. Its dimensions are roughly the same as my old Huawai, just slightly thicker. Of course it has a reassuring weightiness from the big battery. Set up was relatively easy. I had to upload all my old apps. Perhaps there's a shortcut but I don't know it. The buttons are well placed and tactile, something you can easily feel with cold hands. The screen is very sensitive and quick. The biggest plus is the battery. My old phone needed a charge by lunchtime and was near dead by the time to go home. The Armour 5 goes all day, playing BBC sounds or Spotify, and still has over 50% left. The 3gig ram and 32 gig memory are plenty for me. If it proves as reliable as it promises I will be well pleased.

Good Sturdy Phone
This phone is very sturdy and sold as it has a bit of a weight to it so you will not forget that you are carrying it or lose it. Once powered up setting it up it was quick and easy and I was using it within 15-20 minutes. There is two issues I have the 1st was with Mobile Data and I think this is more with the fact that Vodafone Data isn't 4G compatible with this phone and you have download Vodafone's App to conficture the Data usage but this isn't an issue with the Phone just with the Data provider themselves, so hopefully they will add the phone to its list. The other issue is you can't assign different music to each number as I like to know who is calling based on the tune but this could be due to the numbers coming off the Sim Card and instead of the Phone.

Good value solid phone
Good for the money, solid (dropped it already on a hard floor and it just bounced), good screen (comes with a screen protector already fitted plus a spare) seems quick for a cheap phone. Works like any other android phone no complaints there. Battery life decent for a smart phone. Waterproof so I can use as satnav on my motorbikeBad bits...not many but... Auto focus on the camera is pretty hopeless focusing close up, it will do it but never first time (sometimes handy for recording measurements etc in the workshop so that could be better), sound quality out of the speaker is a bit tinny but overall very happy with the phone, should survive work environment longer

Disappointed- wanted this to be great
Disappointed.I have bought 3 for my outdoor working husband. The first wouldn't switch on out of the box.2nd started to reset itself after a month, meaning as it was passcoded, that half the time noone could contact him until he noticed and put in the password for it to fully reboot. The 3rd has just had both camera and torch irreversibly fail after just 4 months.Am buying the Blackview BV5500 Pro instead.Sad because I really wanted this phone to perform and (whilst the 3rd was working) actually recommended to people.Shop around, there are other similar phones.

Luxury and high-end engineering in a phone!
This phone is like a top luxury Land Rover! Best phone ever! And all because I took five minutes to watch the video about the company who designed these amazing phones. Very impressed. Seamless initiation process. First bought my wife one of their sleek slim models than I knew it was a quality product and ordered this for myself. Absolutely a great phone; rugged, sturdy, all systems in functionality are summed up like this, 'i can't believe they even thought of that minute detail'! And the shell? It has an industrial state of the art engineering look. Overall like Rolls Royce merged with Hummer!
