Great tape! I used this on long back-packing hikes to prevent hip rub. Although it is expensive, it is worth the money as it works super well. It did not come off no matter how hard I sweat or how long I liked. Highly recommend! The only "con" is the residue it leaves behind, but I'd rather have long lasting tape and residue than tape that peels.

Like some others, I’ve searched for ways to stop blisters on my feet while backpacking: duct tape (too sticky), moleskin (does not stay in place; often too thick), bandaids, etc. this stuff works the best out of all but is not perfect. I got a blister on my heel after a hard push. Put on one of those squishy bandaids…while great it would not stay in place alone. So i put another bandaid on and then added this tape longways along the heel. Then also used on bottom of feet. It worked great!!!Only issue if found was that it retains moisture. So at the end of the day, underneath the tape, the skin looked like it had soaked in water for some time. Still better than other options.
