I purchased this product for my two-year-old grandson who loves bubbles. Blowing them in the house manually was both extra messy and very tiring for me. I purchased a tabletop blue whale that made a huge mess and died prematurely. After less than 10 uses. And my grandson kept spilling out the bubble soap. I took a chance on this cool-looking gun model and he fell in love with it running around my house (I bought it in late December and it is still winter here in Northwest Indiana). Unfortunately, it stopped working. My grandson was upset, so I ordered him another one and contacted the seller. They are amazing to deal with via email. Kevin was quick to get back to me. He sent me a replacement and even refunded back 50% of the purchase price on the second one I ordered. I highly recommend trusting this seller and their wares. I will definitely buy from them again. Summer is coming and I will need more bubble guns. Real quick, because liquid soap is involved the gun will get sticky if used for prolonged periods. Hey, its a bubble gun. The other thing is it lights up and looks like a space gun. Very cool lighting effects especially in the dark. Five stars for these guys.

I'm a preschool music teacher that always blew bubbles with a Hello song for my youngest. They love them and it calms the tears of the transition of coming to music room. Covid stopped that - key word ' blew bubbles'. Masks and spreading germs made it a total no no. Finally had the idea of a bubble gun. No tears this week. The gun lights up and lights the bubbles just a little even in daylight. Gave a steady stream of bubbles without me having to pause to take a breath or try again. Success of the wand was always inconsistent. Also, gun was neat and clean with no more drips like with my old bubble wand. The smiles and delight on the kids faces made this $14 a jackpot win! As for negative reviews I saw... I don't know how long it will last as it has only been a week. Apparently all bubble guns have an issue with gunking up and stopping. I'm rinsing for storage as it suggests. That does lose some bubble juice. I don't know if replacement fluid will work as well as what it came with cos haven't tried it yet. Bubble containers are smaller than I thought so I need to be careful not to lose them as I will need to reuse them. Not a standard width at top. Around 3 " tall. I also learned that you do have to prime it a bit to get it started and I do have to pull the trigger now and then to keep the bubbles coming. I hope it lasts a long time, but honestly, even if it doesn't, it was a bargain! I will rebuy as a yearly consumable expense in a heartbeat if it stops. Love it.

Update- seller sent a new one free of charge which was very nice and unexpected. We haven’t opened it yet but hoping it lasts longer and the other was just a dud. My son had so much fun with it while it lasted.Lasted about 5 minutes then the bubbles got into the batteries and it stopped working. Horrible design. Don’t waste your money!

My son absolutely loved this bubble blower. Super easy to use and blows a ton of bubbles. It however stopped working a day after the return window ended. We are sad but would probably buy again

Revised Review-After submitting my previous review, Bnext refunded our payment and sent us a new bubble gun free of charge. This one is a different model from the first and much much better. My 3 year old was thrilled that “Santa” sent him a new bubble blower after the first one stopped working. Great company, awesome communication and customer service. They went way above my expectations. We will definitely order from Bnext again and will be thrilled to be supporting a family brand.Cute bubble blower but it stopped working after just a month. Its not the batteries. It just won’t blow bubbles anymore so I have a very disappointed 3 yr old.

First of all, the company is very responsive. They are the only good thing about this purchase. Unfortunately, this broke after about a week of moderate use. I contacted the number on the bubble gun that says “in the case of malfunction contact us for a free replacement...” and then it provides the phone number. They replaced it - though it took over a month to receive a new one. This could have been due to covid, though. However the new one broke in about the same time. This time, the trigger stopped causing bubbles to form, and the plastic piece that screws into the top of a bubble container just snapped off. This is a piece of junk - do not buy!

I wanted something that didn’t look like a gun but would be easy for my daughter to use. My two year old absolutely loves this. It works really well and is easy for her little fingers to use and has worked fine for several days with us just following their directions to rinse it out after use. The only problem is that the screen that held the battery kept coming out as the plastic holding it came apart during use. I wrote to ask them how I might fix this and they kindly offered to replace it. I think a piece of tape would also do the trick but thrilled that they will be replacing it as it’s brand new!

It broke a couple weeks in but I would still give it a 5 star even tho it broke because it worked so well but the replacement doesn't come unless you ship the cheap plastic gun back to them? So I gotta go through the trouble of sending it back so you can throw it away? I'LL THROW IT AWAY, JUST SEND A NEW ONE. My kids love this thing, they just turned 2 and this was brilliant and it was overall a sturdy gun but to can tell that certain parts are flimsy. Like the part that holds the bubbles so be very very gentle.
