NXT Nutrition TNT Nuclear Shots - Pre Workout Drink 12 x 60ml | Orange

These are so far (from my research) one of the best on the market. High amounts of each ingredient also. The beta alanine is higher than others also which you do eventually get used to the tingles, and sadly they do go away (i liked them alot!). These are my staple for the gym and my performance has massively boosted. Citrulline Malate: Supports nitric oxide production, improving blood flow for enhanced muscle pumps and endurance during workouts. Beta-Alanine: Increases muscle carnosine levels, buffering acid buildup to delay fatigue and improve endurance. Creatine Monohydrate: Boosts ATP production, providing energy for explosive movements and improving strength. Arginine AKG: Aids in vasodilation, enhancing blood flow to muscles for improved nutrient delivery and performance. Taurine: Supports hydration and electrolyte balance, helping to prevent cramping during intense exercise. Caffeine: Enhances focus, alertness, and energy levels to optimize performance during workouts. B Vitamins: Play essential roles in energy metabolism, supporting overall performance and recovery. Solid ingredients list, good boost for early morning workouts, without being unpleasant or overpowering. The orange flavour is the best choice I think - blue raspberry not bad, lime a bit bitter and strawberry is revolting (!). I wish they were a little cheaper but otherwise can't fault them. Relatively high caffeine level compared to some pre-workouts so be warned (its double that in the "Little Dragon" pre-workout for example). The only thing to be aware of is that they claim that each shot is "two servings", i.e. all the figures they quote are for half a bottle - this is a little disingenous really since I can't imagine most people drink half the bottle only, and there's no easy way of measuring/dosing out only half of it.

The taste isn't great. Worse than eating a lemon. However, the best pre work out shots. Gives me the boost to run the extra mile and to pump heavier weights.

Work well and kept me motivated

These shots really give you the boost you need after working an 8 hour shift and then going straight to the gym! Life's you up in seconds. The have become a useful tool in my training.

Thought id leave a review now as ive now tried all flavours and can honestly say orange is by far the best flavour lime and the blue raspberry were just to sour for me and the strawberry has just plain nasty definitely recommend for a quick fix before gym

Very high caffiene content. I found that these shots made me irritable rather than energised. Will avoid in future. Taste is quite pleasant.
