Very quickly get water heated , and gets cut off very fast through thermostat

Venus is no longer like before, purchased a 10 lits slim water heater on 18th Aug 2021, only 4 months back but it is no more working, called their service engineer, at the time of delivery there was a small crack on the cap where all the connections are there but not raised any complaint then because it was a small crack and to avoid hassles of return and order again

The installation team , didn't install and left , that can't be fixed. Kindly check with installation team.

I have received the item on 28th February,2022.Due to non availability of plumber ,it could not be installed within the time period of return policy. Return window has been closed on 10th February, 2022 but I have got it installed on 11th February 2o22 morning.As the item has been taken out from the box ,It has been observed that the body is tampered still I have installed the water heater but the heater is not function properly.Water leakage is seen from right hand side.Please arrange to take back the item and help me to gate out from the financial loss.

Product is not up to mark and installation was not goodWhile buying the product customer care executive mentioned that free cost of installation but later on they charged 450 for installation which is highly disappointed
