Quickly goes bad.
You get what you pay for I suppose! Not the best mat in the world but it does the job. I had to put some weights down on the end of it because one end was in a constant curl which became annoying when trying to stretch out my entire body on the mat. My feet or hands would be hanging off the edge, and not able to go down flat as the curl would give some lift. Better since I flattened the ends, not so much of a problem anymore.Seems like the sort of material to get damaged easily though, if you have long or sharp nails I would be careful to not dig them into the mat.[UPDATE] After using this mat for about 4-5 months, I cannot use this mat wearing trainers, the trainers slowly but surely do rub the material away and you end up with bits of mat everywhere. The write mira writing was the first thing to go, leaving white specs all over my body stuck to me and the carpet/floor. I wouldn't recommend this mat for anything other than very light stretching. It wont last very long otherwise.

Comfortable
I recently started exercising at a local gymand wanted to continue to do some of the exercises at home, on days I couldn't make it to the gym.I've never owned an exercise mat before, although I have used them previously. The mat I purchased is black, it's very long and thick. I've only used it a few times but I'm happy with it.

So thin for this price and damaged!
These are not good quality for the price I paid (£9.99 on prime). So thin for this price and one was damaged on arrival with a hole in it! Can't imagine they would last long. I got a much better one from home bargains for half the price.

value for money
Bit too early to ask as I`ve only had the mat for two days hence the reason `comfort only had a rating of 3 and value for money 4 and at the moment I`m weighing it down to flatten it out.

Value for money (Heavy? buy thicker)
Great for the price, I would have liked it a little thicker as it still hurts my knees but that's no fault by the mat as it clearly states 6mm thickness hence the 5 stars.I weigh 210lb if anyone was wondering, I'd imagine someone lighter would be fine with this mat,

Good enough grip for my routine and plenty of cushion ...
Good enough grip for my routine and plenty of cushion if I am already on a carpeted floor. The product like most exercise mats has a rubbery odour that dissipates after leaving it unrolled for a day or two.Delivered on time in good condition.

Good value for money
Brilliant, received in perfect order. Good value for money. Does get damaged a bit easily though.
