Hand Warmers Gloves, Camping Hand Warmer Heated Gloves

These gloves came in a nice quality box. They have included a nice portable plastic storage case. The gloves appear to be of good quality. I appreciated the helpful sizing chart on Amazon which will guide you to selecting the proper size. Mine fit.During initial charge, the green light (which was off centered and difficult to see on the battery charger), stays on until the batteries reach 90% charge. The batteries typically are charged outside of the gloves and then inserted and plugged into the gloves when you are ready to go. The three position temperature switch has good tactile touch and is started and shut off by pressing it for three seconds. Respect the recommended charging times. I may comment more on them in another month or two. Dec 16 2019 Additional comments. I used these in 40 degree temps. On high it doesn't feel any different than a 65 degree day, but not especially warm, it certainly could not burn my hand. Does it shield me from frost bite ? I would say yes. However I would vote for a few more watts of heat on each hand. I will not replace them, but if I had to replace them I would vote for a different brand that produces a few extra watts of heat. I also feel that these and most other gloves on the market are going to have problems long term with wiring opening up because of all the physical movement in removing the batteries and putting them back in over and over again. I would prefer battery holder on the outside out of the way, and a double gentle plug in loop with plug in on the outside held in place with velcro or something similar. What I would also like to see is a 12 volt accessory one end male cigarette lighter, other, direct glove plug ins to handle a trip on a cycle or snowmobile of several hours. Edit: Jan 4 2020 My wife is a seamstress. She is sewing velcro pockets on the outside which will hold the new pockets shut. I will undo the velcro, partially slide out the battery pack, and then, holding the battery, unplug the plug in each time I recharge the battery to protect the fragile wires.

These gloves work great! Only wish the process of recharging the batteries wasn't so vintage...

Nice for the cold weather for sure. After numerous failures with regular gloves search is over.

Warm without the heat even but will keep you as warm as you can stand.
