Good, but room for improvement
The headset is extremely comfortable and the sound quality is good (for gaming and movies, too bass heavy for music IMO).The build quality seems ok, but some of the plastics on the do feel quite cheap. I have no reason to doubt the headset though. The main issue I have is the controls, the volume and game/voice wheels are awful. They just about do the job, but feel very cheap, are very small making them difficult to find and are continuous scrolling wheels. There is an audio notification for when you're at min/max levels, but a middle point would have been nice for the game/voice slider. Also, they click in for muting functions. A dedicated (and large) mic mute button would have been a much better idea. The final point would be that the Razer RRP of £179.99 is far too expensive, the steelseries 9X are a much superior option at that price, but I would say these are worth it if you can get them for under £100.

100% recommend
My fiancé absolutely loves this headset and so do I as he can make all the sounds go through his headset so I don’t have to listen to any of it 😂 although a little expensive would 100% recommend sound quality is amazing

Great headset shame about connectivity
Ive had two now, replacement for broken hinges but the wireless connection on both sets is appalling I thought with the second set that it would have been better but it's the same having to reconnect every thew hours because of distortion

Good if you want controller connecting problem
I like the sound of it but if you want to buy it prepared for controller not connecting to your xbox series s which leaves you to unplugged your xbox taking out the controller batteries/battery pack and redoing it which losing valuable gaming time

Do not justify the price
Trying to get a headset that does the sound quality from series X proud, and so far I've tried several and at this point it's a no name ,(,eksa) that's been best all round, had high hopes for this one reviews well from the MSM but the reality is different, pairs EAsily but there's crackling and pops quite regular, very poor mic quality and it's far too bass heavy ,it definitely doesn't justify a 200 pound cost , which is a shame as the build quality and design is good, but ultimately this is secondary to the actual audio.
