A box set of high-heel action. In 'Charlie's Angels' Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu star as the glamorous crimebusting trio in this big screen adaptation of the hit 1970s TV show. Assigned by their reclusive boss Charlie (voiced by John Forsythe) to investigate the disappearance of Eric Knox, a computer scientist whose revolutionary new invention promises to make him a billionaire, it's not long before the Angels find him hidden away in the headquarters of business rival Roger Corwin. But things are not what they seem and the Angels soon find themselves using their superior Kung Fu skills and state-of-the-art gadgetry in an attempt to foil a cunning revenge plot. Whilst in the sequel 'Charlie's Angels - Full Throttle' Barrymore, Diaz and Liu reprise their roles (as do several others) as the glamorous crimebusting trio. This time they are assigned by their reclusive boss Charlie (again voiced by Forsythe) to find a pair of rings that have been coded to contain all the names on the FBI's Witness Protection Program, after several of the names have turned up dead. Along the way they encounter several foes, namely ex-Angel Madison Lee (Demi Moore), the Thin Man (Crispin Glover) and Dylan's ex, Seamus (Justin Theroux), as well as many reasons to use their high-heels and fighting skills. Watch out for several cameos from the likes of Bruce Willis, the Olsen twins and, original 'Angel', Jaclyn Smith.

A must see film
Kristen Stewart was outstanding, as was the other actresses. The storyline made the film more interesting, not the same old, same old. The film compelled you to watch from the start. Comedic without straining a smile.

Brilliant! We loved it!
My husband and I both really loved this film! It’s entertaining from start to finish. As a huge Kristen Stewart fan, I personally think she did an excellent job, I was not disappointed at all! I haven’t seen the older Charlie’s Angels, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I definitely recommend this film!!

Great film
Really don't understand the hate for this film. Thought it was a pretty great film, and actually preferred it to the 2000 film, and its sequel.

Just go with it!
Regardless of what the haters said, I loved this film. Its a popcorn movie and very little has changed from the other movies except for the necessary updating. Just sit back and enjoy, not everything has to have hidden depth!

WATCHABLE - JUST
Must admit, did watch the original 76'-81' TV -Series when screened way back when, andindeed watched the later movie, not sure I was ever an avid fan, however, did think withtechnology as it now is this new movie should be worthy of a spin, sadly I purchased it?The story-line is pretty thin in truth, the action - comic-book at best.It tells of how former senior operative John Bosley (Patrick Stewart) who didn't really wantto be retired try's to steal and use an energy-conservation device code-name ' Calisto' forsinister gain.On his trail, though not initially realising who they are tracking down Angels Sabina (KirstenStewart) and Jane (Ella Balinska) who are joined by aspiring Angel, computer Whiz and co-inventor of 'Calisto' Elena (Naomi Scott) the team directed by the new Bosley (ElizabethBanks)Watchable if you have nothing better to do there are moments of humour, however, I'd say, give it a miss especially if you harbour fond memories of the original TV-Series
