Don't waste time reading other reviews. Buy the BOOK!!
All you need to know about this book is that it is AMAZING! I absolutely love the second part of the story. Though this book has an antagonist which is not memorable, the execution of the story and the story itself is Brilliant. This is one of my favorite series of all time. You have read the summary and many review explaining the story of the book. I am here to assure you that the page quality, cover quality, and dust jacket are good, and font size is very much readable. The cover came a bit bent from the upper part, but I am sure that this problem is not something a lot of people faced. Overall, I would give thus book 4.5 stars but you cant give stars in decimals of amazon. I do not want to give this book 4 stars though, as it deserves more than that. So I am giving it 5 stars. Please do not read anymore reviews. I am not a scholar, and my review isn't verbally pleasing or anything, but I am writing this to tell you to not waste your time reading the reviews. Please just go ahead and buy it. This isnt a book that is a spine chilling experience, but is a book that you will cherish reading forever. So, if you want a book series that you would want to read again and again if you go near your bookshelf, this series is a must-have.

Entertaining!
The story starts where it left off in the previous part. In this book, the location for the shooting of the next episode of Cassidy's parents' TV show is Paris. Cass accidentally awakens a Poltergeist who slowly becomes a danger for Cassidy's family and for the whole city of Paris. How she stops the Poltergeist with the help of her ghost best friend, Jacob and colleague/friend Lara forms the rest of the story. This one felt more like a middle grade novel and although I enjoyed it, I liked the first part better. Everything was the same, the magic, the relationships, the feeling. The only thing I found missing this time was the tension and the feeling of dread. The Red Raven in the last book was intimidating and fearful whereas the Poltergeist here couldn't evoke those emotions even though he was a threat to the whole city. But where the story lacked in the horror part, it made it up in the relationship department. We see a slight shift in the friendship of Cass and Jacob and finally the secret of Jacob's past life is revealed. I have a feeling it will be explored more in the subsequent parts. Lara's brief appearences were pleasant. I wish there was more of her. This was an audiobook (Audible) and again, the narrator nailed it. She has done a fantastic job.I'm looking forward to the next part of the series. Highly recommended if you're a fan of paranormal fiction!

Brilliant. More dark and deadly than the first.
This is book two and I would recommend you read City of Ghosts first as it refers to the previous book and sets it up and explains perfectly for you to understand book two. After reading City of Ghosts (book one), I couldn't wait to dive into this one. Yet again it was amazing! Another easy read I enjoyed. However, in this book it gets more dark, more riskier and more deadly. Cassidy is forced to face a poltergeist (a strong spirit), but in order to help him pass to the other side she must find out about the boy, his story and his death. This puts herself and her family at the risk of accidents, death and scary situations. Will she succeed? With Jacob by her side and never far from her parents filming their show in paris Cassidy has to find the chance to end it all for good. Tense. Gripping. Page turner of a read. Perfect for young adult readers who love a ghost story. A well deserved five stars from me. Highly recommend.

Fun read
I liked Tunnel of Bones better than City of Ghosts. The ghost they’re investigating on is rather interesting and I loved the ending. We learn a bit more about Jacob 🥰 and the fact that they’re in Paris was really cool too.As a middle grade novel, the plot is linear and rather simple. Cassidy being a child is sometimes a bit annoying because she has to sneak out of her parents’ attention and I really don’t care about those technicalities when there’s a poltergeist on the loose!I also like the new characters and Lara.
