Q: Does this spring bolt kit (#36454) come with 2 of each, including nuts, or as pictured (1 each, no nut)?

Mine arrived as two shoulder bolts (no washer, no spacer) and two springs. Nothing else - no nuts. I like the shoulder bolts instead of the washer & spacer thing, but no nuts - you'll have to buy your own.

Q: Does it com with two bolts?

Yes 2 bolts but didn't use them. Do yourself a favor and go to toyota and get the eom bolts. The original bolts are one piece with the spring and have a nose before the treads to start easy. I ended up using the old ones.Good luck.

Q: How long is the bolt? (Mine needs to be 75mm long or more)

The bolt in this kit will be 70mm.

Q: Does this bolt to the catCadillac converter to the downpipe

It bolts the cat to the header coming off the engine.
