Great ice pack for neck pain
The shape and flexible soft ice pack make this a perfect choice for treating neck issues. It softens up quickly but stays cold for the duration of use!

Works great, flexible for perfect fit, but wish it had a cover
Best ice pack I’ve found for the neck and shoulders. It always stays soft and flexible so it’s the perfect fit and works great to get the base of my head and neck for migraine relief. Just wish it had a cloth cover, but I made my own.

Vinyl Ice/Heat pack
Hubs has to heat and ice his shoulder after a car accident. It works fine for ice but not great for heat. It is microwaveable but there are hot spots and it is vinyl which is not the best material to use heated up.
