HoldenWomen's Estelle Down Jacket

I have not been sent the jacket in the image. I ordered it in black which clearly shows black trims by the zips on the front and a different fabric and fit from the other colours in the ripstop nylon. In the questions on the listing a customer (I presume) confirmed the trims were black. I have had this jacket before and the one I have just received is nothing like the quality. The trims are different as is the fabric of the jacket. I am wondering if it is a fake such is the difference in quality and sizing. I have bought the same size I had before but I am slightly smaller now and it is a lot smaller! I know Holden quality or thought I did but I would never buy this jacket if I saw or tried it in a shop. It feels limp and lacking in padding, nothing like the substantial jacket I knew and was expecting or like the one in the photo. I am very disappointed as I went to great lengths and expense to obtain it from the US only to be sent the wrong thing.

I got a medium based on the size chart. I'm usually a size 8/medium when it comes to clothes. It's a cute style--longer in the back. The color is nice too. But once I got a warm layer and my snowbib pants on, it barely zipped closed. I ended up returning it because I couldn't wear it. The company was very quick in refunding my money.

The jacket I received is a lot shorter and has brown accents. It’s black but has little brown bits on the zipper. Fits tight across the chest. And I’m not large chested. I got a medium based on my other Holden jacket but it feels smaller . Am going to try it. Also the sleeves do not have elastic around the wrist so prob need wrist warmers

Holden makes fantastic gear, and this jacket is no exception. I bought it for a friend of mine who is always cold, and for the first time she's not shivering this winter. Down, waterproof, made by Holden, and it's a beautifully cut jacket; how can you go wrong?

Beautful on. Its a pitty that I could not even get the two sides to touch. If you are a large, it won't fit. A large seemed to fit like a small-medium. If you are wearing bulky sweaters it just wont even close.
