This is SO PERFECT for the back of the seat on my mobility scooter! I really like the fasters to unbuckle, and wrap around the corner bars of my seat, then buckled back up to fully secure the bag. It has a strong Velcro fastener for the main, overall flap, and several outside pouches underneath. The inside is roomy, and a side zip pocket, too! It’s made very well, and I love the sturdiness and water-resistant factor of the material. (The first time I was out with it, it rained, and the bag held up well!) I mainly use it to hold my foldable cane, but also plan to use it for holding my battery charger when traveling! And the pattern is so colorful and pretty, and matches my blue scooter really well (sorry that that photo is a bit dark). After searching, buying, and returning pouches for my needs, I’m SO blessed to have found this! It sure meets my needs!

Nice handy messenger bag with strong velcro closure. Has many pockets & fits over my mother's transporter chair easily & can adjust to fit snug. We use it when we go out & it can hold a sweater, scarf & gloves, water, snacks, a book, or any small packages that she purchases while we are out shopping. I even put an extra pair of shoes or slippers in it to change into later. It's great to have on a day out as it makes it easy to take extra necessities along without having to carry it all on her lap or purse.

Perfect bag to be used as a backpack on a wheelchair. There is plenty of room for a bottle of water, Kleenex, snacks, a sweater or light jacket, and some reading material. Bag is waterproof and comes in a nice variety of colors.

Nice and large tote bag that attaches securely to the back of my mom’s wheelchair. She appreciates the roominess and waterproof function.

This was the best thing I've done for my mom. we can know take her out were ever we go. she loves it. This is very easy to operate. You do have to manual push her butt that's what we love.
