I really like the Cremax portable oral water irrigator! I've been using it for nearly a week now and my teeth feel and look cleaner and shinier. The water flosser is easy to use, includes 4 color-coded interchangeable tips, a tongue brush, a handy nozzle storage box, charging cable and plug, a through user guide, and even a travel pouch! I love that I can fill the 320 ml water reservoir with warm or cold water so there's no tooth sensitivity issues for me. During use, the nozzle tip rotates 360 degrees for easy access to even the hardest to reach back molars. Set up and initial charging was easy peasy with the included charger and USB compatible cord. The unit has water settings so that you can adjust the water stream to your liking from low, to medium, to high, and pulse. Usage time is two minutes and then the water in the reservoir runs out and the unit shuts itself off. I have yet to run out of battery power during use and I expect the battery to last for three weeks before needing a recharge (per the manual). I really enjoy using this cordless oral water irrigator tool and feel like my next professional dental cleaning will be much easier because of it too.

It also has so many amazing setting that can work with anyones needs. I also like that it comes with so many tips, travel bag, extra plug port cover, and a storage box for your tips to keep them clean. It gets in their good to get rid of the extra food and drinks left behind from dinner. No more embarrassing food between the teeth when out with friends or in a meeting. It also has two different ways to add water. You can disconnect the top or their is a little refill hole on the side of the flosser. This is amazing and has proven to be my go to when brushing my teeth. I don’t miss the floss or tooth pics that are so harsh on your gums. You will love this. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a nice water flosser.

Really loved this until 3 weeks in the switch started acting funny. Was using it and couldn’t turn it off, eventually was able to. Was able to use it one more time and then it just died completely. Would not turn back on. Bummer. I guess next one will be Water Pik and not an off brand.UPDATE:Well the company reached out to me out of the blue after I returned the product, offering to send me a replacement free of charge. That's great customer service. I'm actually looking forward to trying it again because until it stopped working I actually liked it a lot more than the Waterpik model I purchased to replace it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have a sensitive canine and my dentist recommended a waterpik instead of the traditional flossing method. For the past while I tried out my wife's brand name water floss and it was great, but I didn't think it was worth the price tag. Found this version for half the price, and decided to give it a shot.Build quality seems great, and the design, honestly is better than the big name brands. It's easy to grip and the settings are simple. The only wish I would have is a larger water compartment, but then again it would defeat the purpose of being small and wireless. It also came with a travel case for the tips, and bag for the water floss itself, a nice thoughtful addition.As for functionality, I prefer the high setting as I have close compact teeth, and it definitely gets in between without any trouble. The three strengths are more than enough to be adjustable to any flossing needs one would have. It also came with 3 extra tips, including one with the soft brush which was useful for the hard to reach areas.Bonus there's a tongue scraper, so that now my whole oral care routine is complete along with the my ultrasonic toothbrush. Really can feel the difference after running through the whole process.

The very first day i used it i had a sensitive teeth the entire night but it worth it.I have been using it for a week now and I’m noticing a huge difference( no bleeding in my gum from flossing or bad breath) So now i can’t sleep without using it . I charged only at the first use and it’s still full in charge, it comes with cute bag for travel and multiple head for different uses. Love it!

It holds it's charge for days without being used. I purposely didn't charge it or use it for 4 days to see if the battery would hold the charge, it did and worked at full strength. Great if you are going away for a weekend, no need to bring charging cord. This comes with the charging cable but not a charging block. It needs a standard USB charging block like you would use to charge a cell phone.It has a 10.14 oz. water reservoir with a see through window and with a twist you can separate the top mechanical part of the irrigator to be able to clean out the water reservoir part ( something I can not do with my rechargeable more expensive brand Water flosser.It comes with 5 heads but 2 are the same standard head with different color rings so 2 people can each have their own (see my picture of the heads, these 2 are on the right). They are easy to put on and take off and there is a button that allows you to rotate the head in any direction you choose.There are 4 modes to choose from depending on your needs/preference. The LED window displays the mode you are using as well as the battery life level. You choose the mode with the push of a button located below the display window. The on/off button is a separate button. It has a set timer of 2 minutes run time and then it will automatically shut off, but it does not hold enough water to run for 2 full minutes. I tested it on pulse mode and soft mode and both ran out of water at a max 1 min. 50 sec. so I don't really see the

This was a good product at first: small, easy to use, powerful spray but less than 6 months of using it, the device has died. The seller does not replace this after 3 months and Cremax's website and email appears to be fake. Even though Cremax claims they warrant the product for 30 months, any email sent to their address does not go through. 6 months use for a relatively expensive product is unacceptable, I would not recommend this flosser.
