YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN INSTALLING THIS CASE. I HAD TO GET A REPLACEMENTI have had this for a good month plus and the ports are accessible, however, with 3rd party chargers and some wiredheadphones or Aux cables you really gotta force it a bit or give up on it. Double edge sword.THE SCREEN PROTECTOR You really gotta be careful not to remove the circular piece if you want to use the fingerprint reader. Though, to be honest, you really shouldn't enable it... sometimes it works most times it's completely jank. It will make my phone not recognize my finger or say I'm not be covering the sensor enough. That I don't like. The plastic screen protector is definitely a little bit a of scratch magnet but tolerable amount to me. I still prefer this than a glass screen protector since plastic doesn'tcrack. And the protector on this case doesn't hinder the screen, with the exception of the fingerprint part. It protects pretty well I've unfortunately dropped this phone at least more than twice (I really should have insurance since I just got this phone last November and got it paid off )This case has saved it, I haven't tested it in water though but wiping it with a wet cloth is fine water or cleaning doesn't seep in.The buttons aren't too hard to press either.In short it's a C grade case:Decent protectionDouble edge sword when it comes to the charging and headphone jack portsButtons work fine.Not too friendly with the fingerprint sensor.

This case does as advertised, it's a water proof case that also protects from some fall and scratch damage.Its comfy to hold and pocket. It's easy to open and close the case and the ports.However some seriously irritating flaws that really impact my day to day use:1 Speaker phone for calls is impossible. It causes horrible eacho for the other person, and it's hard for them to hear me.2 the fingerprint reader doesn't work. Ever. From the start it had issues, and the more you open the phone to try to fix it or if dirt gets on the sticky patch, which will happen, it's over.3 the edges of the screen cover are not tight enough to the screen, and it loses sensitivity.Often my edges don't even read the touch, even with high sensitivity on.4 impacts camera image quality.If the interior of the case is even slightly dirty over the cameras, it's seriously impacting.And trying to keep it truly clean is impossible, this thing is magnetized for dust.Perks- 1 love being able to take my phone in the shower for music, or use it safely in the rain.2 Held up against a solid 5ft fall into a corner.3 Held up against my cats attacking it multiple times.4 Wrist band is very useful.

REALLY NICE PHONE CASE, LOOKS GOOD, FEELS GOOD IN THE HAND. PROTECTIVE CASE, ALL 4 CORNERS ARE PROTECTED FROM ACCIDENTAL DROPS. YOUR CAMERA IS PROTECTED, THE SCREEN IS VERY WELL PROTECTED AS WELL. THE BUILT IN SCREEN PROTECTOR IS A NICE ADDITIVE TO THE CASE.THIS IS A 2 PART CASE, THE BUTTONS ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, THE PORTS ARE COVERED WITH A FLAP THAT OPENS & CLOSES. THE LANYARD HELPS IF YOU WANT TO ATTACH THAT TO THE CASE TO SLIDE ON YOUR WRIST. THE CASE IS WATERPROOF THAT HELPS FOR ACCIDENTAL DROPS INTO WATERY SITUATIONS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CASE TO ANYONE THAT WANT TO PROTECT THEIR DEVICE & WHO IS NOT A MINIMALIST CASE TYPE OF PERSON.

The case is very rugged and does an excellent job protecting your phone from water, dust, dropping, and scratches. The sealed ports are designed well, and you shouldn't have any problems with your USB or headphone jack.The downside to this is the touchpad is much less reactive to your touch, making typing and interfacing with your phone a little clumbsy. I find myself having to push the camera shutter 4-5 times unless I move the shutter to a different part of the screen away from the fingerprint pad. Your keyboard will be difficult to use, and you will find you miss letters repeatedly if you are trying to type as you would normally. The speaker and microphone are also diminished. You will not be able to speak on speakerphone if you want the other party to hear you. The speaker is muffled through the case, and I always have to have the volume maxed.It's a good case if you're going on an adventure, but I would not recommend it for everyday use.

Honestly this case is way more of a hassle than it should be.the finger print doesn't recognize for me (yes everything was done correctly) and I have to take the case off everytime I need to finger print. And taking the case off is annoying because that's the reason why I said it's more of a hassle than it should be. Idk I'll just keep this case for summer or something.

I work with a lot of dirt, sand, and dust so i needed a case that protected it better than my last one. Mainly for the charging port.So far, this case has done its job.If you have read the reviews, yes this phone will make calling a nightmare.There is a solution though.Before or after you put this case on, next to the charge port there is a foam piece with white plastic inside the hole..poke through that and get rid of it. I havent had any dust issues, yet. But at least people can hear meIf you do not want to do that, then buy a good wired or wireless headphones with a mic

If your wanting solid back n ridgid protection on the sides this is not the case for you.front and back are clear with a little of protection on the sides. Its like a zip lock bag but thicker front and back.iys not what was projected in pics or description.very disappointed n severe waste of money.

I need a case so bad but I didn't want to have to buy a case and a screen protector so I opted out to buy this one. Omg Callers can't hear me case is super durable that its hard to take the case off. Finger print did work. Just not good when trying to talk to callers.
