Rope lights strung along the side of pool.
They have surpassed my expectations. They look really nice connected to the side of my above ground pool.

Lights are very bright and easy to use but the controller is a little wonky, doesn't always go to the setting you press but well worth the money!

Great for Christmas lights
I got this to use for Christmas lights on an arch I had built in our backyard. Hardest part was wrapping the poles with the lights since I'm used to attaching to things like roofs and gutters. Remote worked well, I like the different options for blinking. Only thing I wish it had was a built-in sunset/sunrise sensor instead of using the timer.

only four colors
Be sure to read carefully. I still haven't found where it states there are only four colors. You can't make one color go either...has to be two at a time....this is not what one would expect for true multi-color strand of lights

great for glamping
We put these on our canopy or around our campsite for some soft lighting and just for fun. This is the second set I've ordered. The lights start to get dim after a couple years, but hey, they're not made in the USA so don't expect more than you pay for! The tiny remote can easily get lost, but there's a button on the battery pack to make them work just the same.
