Used this device for 6 weeks. I have dark hair and pale skin and it should have worked, it didn’t. I really wanted it to work so I disregarded the negative reviews. I was given a refund so I didn’t lose any money but I spent quite a lot of time using it (3 times a week) and it wasn’t pain free, so I thought I’d write this so other people don’t waste their time and money on it. I’m more annoyed about how painful it was, especially on my underarms. I usually epilate, which I expect to painful because the hairs are basically being plucked out ten at a time, but this was more painful 😖

Can't mark this any more as the charging plug was damaged when we received it.

Comes with instructions and glasses, works better on darker hair

Only used it twice and only for 10 minutes and it’s burnt a patch in the protective cover over the lamp so it’s no longer safe to use. Do not waste your money, absolutely useless.
