I have micro locs and these work really well. I love the fact you get a lot of them in a little pouch for safe keeping. I used plastic ones before and damaged my hair ends really bad trying to put them through the needle hole for 2 years. That wasn’t smart. I waited for these to arrive so I could do a retye and they were a smart choice! Please don’t make the same mistake I did! thank

These are very handy. The price is right whereas I can have one in each bathroom, in each overnight bag, and in several wallets and bags. They are durable and easy to use.

I got my hair loc'd earlier this year and the price of paying someone to maintain the style is beyond my pockets honestly. After a bit of research on the best tools to use to keep my hair tidy and loc'd, I found this set online and I haven't looked back since.I can be a bit careless, so having 12 pieces of the same size tool was perfect for me. I've already lost 1 since I started using it 2 weeks ago. lol.My locs are also really tiny and the salon that initially did my hair used a larger crochet tool and that really hurt my scalp.For those with thin locs, I find that this works better and less pain when trying to properly tighten the roots.

The needles are great easy to use.
