These gloves seem to be effective for hand cramping and swelling at times. They are pretty comfortable, usually wear them when I go to sleep at night. Sometimes I wear both, but I almost always wear 1 on my right hand when I go to sleep, as it is my right hand that is mostly problematic. It does take getting used to taking them off, as they are snug, but I believe that they have to be to do what they are intended for. I like them a lot and for me they work well.

All the ribbing is coming off. Not sure of the reasoning for it but little bits are ripping off continually
