After 30 years of riding, I was reluctant to pay this much for a tube; however, I do feel they are worth it. Very durable. Very light. Very compact. I actually ride tubeless on my mtn bike and gravel bike, but I always carry a tube for emergencies, so I love that these take up less than half the space of a rubber tube and are MUCH lighter. This is also the only brand I could find in a 27.5 for my 650cc gravel wheels.My only minor complaint is that the valve stem is not removable/replaceable. For as expensive and durable as they are, I would like to be able to replace the stem if it got bent.

So many people rave about tubeless for MTB, but I find it's more hassle than it's worth. The less maintenance, the better in my book. I run Tubolito's on both my XC and trail bikes, with around 18psi front and 20psi rear, and have never had an issue.I even tried these tubes down to 12 psi with studded tires in the snow, and they worked flawlessly. Contrary to popular opinion, these ARE NOT spare/emergency tubes. I ride a mix of groomed flow trail and rocky tech. These are high quality tubes that work well in either scenario, even at low pressures.And they have the added benefit of being lighter than the amount of sealant in most MTB tires.

I carry it as a spare and it's small and light so it's good for that. Have not had to use it yet so that's all I can say.

I ruined the first one of these that I got by over-inflating it before inserting it into the tire. This caused it to bulge like a balloon animal. Fortunately, Tubolito’s customer service is fantastic. They quickly responded to my email and sent me another for free. The lesson here is don’t inflate the tube before putting it in the tire. If you must put some air in it, do so minimally. Aside from that mishap, the tube is so small and lightweight that it frees up a lot of space in my saddlebag or I can carry it on my person practically unnoticed. I had a chance to use the tube on my gravel bike during a ride and it was perfect. Installation was simple and I rode for another couple hours without a flat. The ride felt the same as when I’m tubeless. I wish they were cheaper but I assume there’s a good reason for that. In spite of the expense, I’m going to slowly convert to these tubes.

Wanted lightweight tube for on the trail flats. Weight is 1/2 of weight of my rubber inner tubes. Haven't had a puncture to verify it holds air yet

Defective. Had to put a tube in my tubeless tire to finish a ride. The tubolito was deformed and would not inflate to a consistent diameter. It had bulges and thin sections. The thin sections were so small that they did not fill up the tire. I was left with a lumpy tire that had flat spots in it.

Way more compact and lighter than a traditional 29” tube. My bike is tubeless and I keep a bottle of Stan’s handy, but this is extra piece of mind especially for the long rides if I ever need to limp out. I hope I don’t ever need to use it but it’s there just in case.Updated years later. This tube just saved me walking 5miles out on the trail in the cold at close to dusk after a root punctured the sidewall. It was a tight fit into a 29" tire, but it wasn't that big of a deal to get the bead on the wheel with it in place. It seems pretty small when inflating but the key is you need to pump more and it stretches out to fill the entire tire cavity space. I didn't rail the bike back, but I was on rough terrain and didn't have a problem. Tire was a little wonky, but it rolled so I didn't care.

Excellent quality. Better than the Chinese knockoffs. But also more pricey.

Dieser Schlauch hält was er verspricht! 👍🏼 Der Schlauch hat sogar ein Gewicht von 100gr. Mein normaler wiegt stolze. 184gr.Eigentlich ein kleiner Abzug müsste ich bei der Montage geben.Das Ventil ist am Anfang oben, dabei muss man den Schlauch drehen, um Ihn zu montieren.Trotz alle dem gibts 5 Sterne und meine Empfehlung zum Kauf.

Es lo que buscaba para poder llevar en mis salidas y ocupando el menor espacio posible, en cuanto a la calidad del producto a simple vista el plástico parece bastante fuerte espero no tener que utilizarla hasta dentro de mucho tiempo

Ho acquistato questa speciale camera d aria da tenere come camera di emergenza nelle uscite in mtb e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto per il peso e il minimo ingombro che tiene.Attenzione pero’ a come e dove si conserva perche risulta molto delicata.In un uscita ne ho avuto la necessita’ e la camera’ e’ risultata bucata in due punti.Attenzione anche a scegliere il modello con la lunghezza esatta della valvola in base all altezza del cerchio.

Wow, these are so much lighter than traditional inner tubes if a little pricey.

Super pour gagner 300 gr supplémentaires dans mon sac, par rapport à la chambre à air 27.5+ d'origine, même si j'espère ne jamais m'en servir car tubeless oblige !
