UPDATE- Replacement item arrived in great condition! I appreciate Amazon getting the replacement to me so quickly.The box obviously was wet at some point before being shipped (arrived in sealed plastic bag). It soaked through the box to the tissue paper and warped the velvet cardboard piece where it doesn’t lay flat as it should to be able to hold a photo in place. This should have been checked before being sent, especially considering how saturated the box was at some point. The dried spots on the tissue remind me of old blood when meat goes bad. Will be sending it back for a replacement. We just put our baby down yesterday and this is so heartbreaking to have to send this item back but worse is the fact that it was even shipped as it was without being inspected for damage first. I am already heartbroken and even more so now that something so special arrived like this. Just makes our loss even harder to deal with. I just can’t believe it was shipped like this.

I got this to send to my son who is stationed abroad with the Navy, our beagle baby recently passed and my son was the one to go with me to pick him out 11 years ago. And they are great buddies. I had to tell him over the phone that his best buddy had passed. I wanted him to have something to always remember Pete. I have. An awesome photo of them together last time he came home on leave, my son was sitting on the couch right after he got home and I let Pete out and he jumped up on my sons lap and they were touching noses, it's too cute. This is beautiful, but small enough for my son to keep in his locker aboard a ship when he is underway. He will always have Pete with him. Pete's ashes are with the pet passage place, they are putting some in this for me before I bring his urn home. I'll update when Aaron gets it and tell y'all how he likes it.

Bought this because my family was moving temporarily to another country and my wife wasn't ready to say good-bye to a beloved pet. The vial holds only a tiny, tiny amount of ash. I took a piece of paper and rolled it very tightly to make a funnel. I mean, it really only holds a few grains of ash. But it's the thought that counts. My wife never used it as a pendant. The whole thing, pendant and frame, is a very soft pewter. The loops at the top of the heart feel like they can be easily bent, so I'm not sure how well it would work as a pendant on a daily basis. The picture frame has a slip of clear plastic. Functions adequately enough. No problems going through airport customs, either in the US or in our destination.This was a gift my wife appreciated and she felt better about having her pet near her.

I bought this for my bestgrienf who lost her dog during COVID he pasted of old age and renal failure h is 15yrs old. This was the perfect gift. now I dont know if the heart is able to be worn around your next its very heavy but its a beautiful gift. I just wish that there was a funnel that came with it to put your fur babies ashes in the urn it comes with. GREAT GIFT FOR A LOST FUR BABY

These are very nice, I have several of them they are great for pets or family members. I like the tube in the heart for ashes or hair clipings. Great value. I bought extras for when I need then during the loss of pet or family member, just the right size for my shadow box in my wall.

Unfortunately I purchased this for our girl Keke who crossed the Rainbow Bridge. It’s a very nice tribute to her.

I wanted a locket for my recently deceased dog (my first dog), but I didn't think I would wear it so I wanted something that I could use to display it. I also wanted a frame. This was great because it was everything I was looking for. It's not to big and not too small for me. This is perfect.

This is the second one of these frames I’ve bought. I loved the first one so much for our dog’s memorial - I bought another one for our cat’s memorial. Perfect for a picture shelf in your home. The only improvement I would mention is the picture size could stand to be a tad bigger. But overall this is a great product I highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this its tiny and for the price not much to look at , clip for heart is very bendy that could easily snap. Not impressed at all

Minutes after I put the ashes in the little vile, then attached the charm to the hook, it snapped right off. Poor quality for the price. Needs a larger/stronger hook for the weight of the pendant.

This was absolutely adorable but please note the picture size as I didn't and it is quite small but it still does work well and it's not too bulky on the shelf
