This was a really nice music book that I bought for my autistic son who loves music! He also loves pushing buttons to make music and I hope the button is durable and holds up on this book. It’s a little depressed in the first page and hard to push without using force. The songs include Jingle bells, silent Night, We Wish You A Merry Christmas, I Have A Little Dreidel, Deck The Halls, and Auld Lang Syne. Overall, the book is a nice board book and perfect for my son. The book is Rechargable, which is great that I no longer have to fuss with having the right size book battery and those small batteries which are swallow hazards. It did not come with a charger, but uses the standard C type charger. We have a ton of cords, so this wasn’t an issue. The book was a little pricey, however probably in line with music board books, especially holiday/seasonal books. I recommend this holiday board book with music for all little ones based on its variety and quantity of songs, nice festive colors and page thickness for durability. Even though expensive for a small book, I still think it’s a good value for the money.

This product is great! Just as described and the story very simple for little ones to understand and the little snippets of music are wonderful! Even greater than the product though was the customer service. I tested each page to make sure the music played and the first half played great but the last half wouldn’t play, so I texted the company with my problem, they suggested charging it fully, I did and still no music for the end of the book, they apologized, got the info from my order and then instantly sent a replacement that got to me before Christmas! So impressed!

Fantastic idea to get children engaging with books and excited about learning at a young age. This book is very well made. Has an on/off switch with volume control which can be positioned at high or low. It is rechargeable with a C charger but one was not included in this package, which is too bad, because one would think that a book at this price would have one in the box. The holiday songs are all sang correctly in the English language and the words are very clear. The songs are, Jingle Bells, Silent Night, We Wish You A Merry Christmas, I Have A Little Dreidel, Deck The Halls, and Auld Lang Syne. My grandson is 9 months old and loves interactive books like this. I highly recommend!

This is a really cute book and a great idea but, after fully charging it, 5 of the 6 songs don't work. It also arrived needing to be charged and doesn't include a charger cable. You can have the company send one for free but if you don't already have the right charger it could be very disappointing for a child to open this as a gift and not be able to work it until the charger is delivered. It takes a USB-C cable which is the same as my laptop so I was able to charge it right away. I'm returning it and haven't decided if I want to try another.

These music books are wonderful for toddlers! The songs are catchy, the illustrations are colorful, and the buttons are easy for little hands to press. My child loves singing along and flipping through the pages every day. They are great for learning new words, sounds, and rhythms while having fun. My son loved this book. The book lasted for about a year until I thought I needed to replace the batteries. However, replacing the batteries did not fix the songs from completing. I think the book is now broken, which is the only reason for the 4 star. But I loved that this book actually had the words to the song where many Christmas sound books that I have found do not have the words, just the tune to the song.

Cali's books comes in four different types: sing the alphabet, baby shark, Humpty Dumpty, and dance by classical music. This is an interactive book that sings when you press the button on each page. The best part is that this book comes with batteries so you do not need to buy them separately in order to use this. This is a great way for your kids to learn their numbers and the alphabet all while having fun. The buttons are easygoing press, so your little one can turn them on and off themselves. When you are finished with the book there is a button on the back that you can switch off to save the batteries. The only downside to these books is that they are very heavy so if your little one drops this on their foot or throws it, it may hurt. Also the songs are quite loud, I wish there was some way to adjust the volume but there isn't.

While I love the Cali's Books range, this is my least favourite of their offerings. It's a bit specific for me, because it's really only good as an easter gift, or easter themed book. So it's not as versatile as the other's. That being said, it is a fantastic Easter gift that's fun and will help reading, listening and basic language skills. Unlike other 'sound books' Cali's lets you change the batteries, so you'll never be left with a book that doesn't work. It also has an off and on switch, so it won't accidentally be activated. It's reasonably loud, so kids will be able to hear it, but not the best if you have a headache! This has a series of easter themed short songs such as humpty dumpty and others that are riffs off classic songs like 'If it's Easter and you know it.' If you have the other Cali's books, there are some repeats here, for example 'ten little easter eggs', is just an easter version of a song in some of the others. And they have an Easter Old MacDonald too. This is best as a gift for a child who doesn't have the other books containing those songs. I love the illustrations here, they are adorable and clean looking. It's just a super cute gift, if only appropriate for easter! Special shout-out to my cat, who decided when I was filming was a great time to scratch the scratching post!
