It made my Italian happy!
My husband is a 100% New York Italian guy living in an Italian food desert. I am from Montana and never ate real Italian food until 10 years ago or so. I don't count frozen lasagna as real Italian food. We have no Capellini in our few grocery stores here in rural Arizona. He was so happy to get "real" cappellini from Italy as part of his Christmas present.

Best artisan pasta I have tasted in the United States
I was reared in Italy and spent a lot of time there when I was young and in my early adult hood. I am not Italian but I might as well be! This is the best Artisan capellini that I have come across in all my years in the United States. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It has no preservatives in it none of the additional enrichment chemicals and it has the best taste. Thank you Amazon for carrying this pasta!

Excellent.
Perfect! I am elderly and luckily I own a Fasta Pasta. This Capillini held its body and shape beautifully. 8 minutes. Each box give me three meals. Great quality. As a matter of fact, when I am through with this , I am going back to reorder. I make a bowl during a commercial break.
