I really appreciate the labratory processes and pure ingredients used by this brand, for this supplement and a number of others that I choose to take from this manufacturer.This particular one is SO MUCH better, in my estimation, than the brand that my Opthamologist recommended to combat progression of my macular degeneration. This dosage is one capsule of moderate size compared to two tablets of the recommended brand. The cost on Amazon is nearly exactly the same for the 1 capsule that I do choose, compared to two tablets thst Ive decidedcto bypass.
