I have using NutriFlair Berberine for more than a year and my blood work has been great. Blood sugar levels lo and cholesterol levels low too. It has been an amazing addition to my diet and exercise routine.

This is great! It moved my cholesterol back into normal range. I am very pleased. I wish I would have tried this before letting doctors put me on statins.

I was unable to take Metformin due to severe GI issues. My endocrinologist suggested trying Berberine. I was so pleased with how this product has helped me keep my blood sugar within normal limits. I went to reorder it and Amazon was out. I tried another brand and there was a definite difference. My blood sugar crept back up. When Amazon got this back in stock I reordered and put it on a subscription. I've been taking it again for two weeks and my blood sugar has dropped drastically. I would suggest anybody who cannot take Metformin to give this a try.

Good stuff - started using for elevated A1C. I take 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner. A1C went from 6.6 to 6.1 in 3 months. Will try and tweak diet and add more cardio as well since I haven't been very good at that.

It works great my blood sugar has been going down. I’ve used before and ran out and m th blood sugar went up without it.

I tried this berberine supplement for several weeks. The capsules were easy to take and arrived as described, but I didn’t notice a significant difference in how I felt. It seems like a decent product, but based on my experience it didn’t have a strong effect for me

I have lost weight on this already! Nottt eevveeenn lying/exaggerating! I have PCOS so my weight is always an issue... and recently I have been able to go down past 62K to now 59! woohoooooooo...

I believe they work but they don't dissolve very well under the tongue. Then again the instructions indicate that you only keep it under the tongue for a couple minutes then swallow. I'm not used to that for sublingual tablets so I just keep it under my tongue for the 12 or so minutes.
