These are really delicious. BUT... you only get 4 to the bag, that also makes them really pricey.However, they are larger than kumquats; in fact, I don't believe they are kumquats. I think they are tangerines--clementines--satsumas. Larger than kumquats, sweet and a little bit sour. Great flavor, large enough that cutting them in four still makes a decent portion, not as attractive a presentation as the whole fruit. I really need to take the time to make these myself, easy to do, and the price discourages me from buying again, unless the King and Queen are expected for dinner.
