Some of the colors look the same, so kinda bummed not more of a variety. The nail polish was a little tacky between layers, but top layer sealed it solid. My first one I did 5mins of light per layer, I started with the 8 fingers then thumbs, so this was very time consuming. One nail chipped on first day, but others seemed to last. The pink ones in the pic are going on day 8, and probably would last longer if I wasn't picking at them and wanting a change. My pink nails are 1xbase, 2xpink, 1xglitter, 1x topcoat. Purple is 1xbase, 3xpurple, and 1xtopcoat. All thin layers. I like it because it is fairly easy to use and has lots of stuff to help you succeed, just wish the light was a little stronger, but great starter kit. If your topcoat doesn't dry after 2-5mins of light, they probably won't and you should start over. Mine are rock hard after 2 mins. This is much thinner than normal salon gels, which I like because it gives you strength without bubble looking polish. You can probably also layer thicker, but I only go thick enough to get color I want.

This was my first attempt at gel nail polish, so I followed the directions carefully and I'm very happy with the results. It wasn't hard, but I'm glad they explained the polish remains tacky, even after curing, until you do the top coat. These nail polish colors are so pretty. The polish is in very small bottles, so I hope I can buy the colors separately too. I had a little trouble with the LED lamp being hard to start, but it got better as I went along (so not sure if it was a problem with the lamp or with me). The kit with the manicure tools is also nice.

I really like this kit! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars not 5 is because one bottle of polish leaked in the bag. My nails have held up for one week with no chips and I love the lavender color and the glitter. I just did 2 coats and it was perfect coverage! Very easy to use for someone who had never done gel nails before :)

This is a fun little kit to play with. I’m not a huge fan of the durability on my hands bc I dont personally like filing my nail bed for better attachment. The paint on my toes stayed perfect until I removed them. I even went to the beach and they stayed perfect! So just for at home pedicures, this is perfect

It looks great. It functions great. The stands for the uv light are difficult to open, I feel I'm going to break them every time. Not as much of a fan of the colors as I thought I'd be. Not so much because they aren't nice, just not my cup of tea. On my left hand, the color stays for 2 weeks with no chipping but being I'm right handed and use it more, the paint begins chipping after about 1 week. I don't think it has anything to do with the product, rather external factors.

This was such a good price for the amount of things that came with the set, the colors mostly all looked the same especially the pinks , their should be a wider selection of colors but overall the quality is really good . I’ve been washing dishes all day and cleaning my bathroom daily like I usually do and so far I haven’t seen it peeling like cheap gels do this is definitely not a cheap gel . For $30 it was definitely worth it , I will be purchasing other gel colors from the same brand it’s totally worth your money

As long as you know what you're doing, the results look just like a professional gel manicure. The polishes are fine quality, about the same as what you'd get at the salon. As a person who is very sensitive to smells and prone to headaches, the smell is very minimal. The polishes were smaller than I expected so read the descriptions and reviews carefully, but the value is still great for everything included in the package. I feel sorry for my nail tech but I'll never need to make an appointment with her again.
