After having trouble finding a headset that had voice support on FORTNITE with the SWITCH, I found these. When first connected, the mic did NOT work. My son was so disappointed. However, the problem lies in the game settings within the game itself. I never would have figured this out but the headphones have a code to scan for the product guide, and one of the subsections was literally "Why won't my mic work with FORTNITE?" Turns out it will, but you have to go into the sound / mic control within the game itself (not the switch settings, but the game settings!) to make it work. Once we did that, it's been working fine.

When I got this I loved it, I had a mic I can play with my friends and everything was going well, can even use the mic when the Nintendo is on the charging deck. Until about a week or so later. The mic had stopped working, and then it started working again and then stopped. I did the retiring thing on here and they send me a new one, one day before it's due. So, far so good as of right now. Update later!

Headset works great. My son uses them to play Fortnite and communicate with his teammates/friends.

My son loves these headphones. This is his second pair to own. Likes how you can mute mic by flipping it up.

Got these for the kid for Christmas and they stopped working today. Come to find out for the last 3 months sound was only coming out of one side and the kid did but want to bother me with it. Now no sound comes out. With it being a licensed product this think the quality would be there but I guess not. Seriously disappointed. Don't waste you money on these.
