It’s a great product my grandson loved them

My 8 year old son loves it. He says it's perfect for his switch and he's very happy with it.

I purchased 2 for my kids - so far so good! Sound is good enough and the mic works well from what the other in game said. Price is almost too good to be true but I will update if anything changes.

EDIT: After around 6 months the microphone failed completely. I contacted PDP customer service and they sent a whole new pair which seems to have no issues. My kids have used the new pair for seveal months with no issues. I'm going to upgrade this review to 4 stars for the killer customer support and since it seems I just got a bad one before. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I suspect something is defective in the headphone jack on these; perhaps it is not machined correctly. The problem is that the mic does not work when used on my Switch. The mic works on other devices, and it even works on the switch if I plug it into an extension cable and then plug that into the Switch, but it won't work if I just plug it in directly. The headphone functionality appears to work fine on all devices. This is okay for me since I use an extension cable, but it is very peculiar behavior considering it does not seem to work well with the exact device it is targeting. Note that you have to flip the mic down in order to turn it on. This is a really neat feature because it allows you to mute just by moving the mic up. Unfortunately, it's 3-star at best given the build quality.

Do not buy. This thing broke off into my son's new switch 2 and it will not come out. We have tried so many things and this little jack broke off. Do not buy do not recommend
