This product is Original Pandora?

No, this is fake. Pandora refused it when I took it to their store for their free cleaning. They told me it is fake. It is better to buy at a Pandora store.

I sent this as a gift to my mother and she's having trouble opening it. We are in different states. Can anyone give me advice that I can give her?

The bottom tip of the heart is where the heart opens up. A finger nail works for separating the heart there.

How long (in inches) is this bracelet?

Thank you so much for our support, it's 20 cm (7.9 inch), Best regards !
