Worked perfectly.
My A/C on my ‘05 Titan was stuck on high no matter what setting I put it on, I googled and thought this might fix it. It sits under the glove box, only has 2 bolts to take out and it pops right in. I used a deep well 5.5 mm socket for the bolts. It fixed my issue and was very easy to replace!

$1600 to fix my 2008 Titan LE AC problem i was told. I tried this part and saved my self 6 car payments.
Was an exact fit for my Nissan Titan 2008 LE. I have the electronic controlled ac/heater dash and this part worked like a charm. I had 2 mechanics tell me it would be $1500-$1800 to get my ac/heater repaired. I looked online and everyone said try this first before taking it into a shop. I was having the AC/Heater not turning off, blowing high no matter where I turned the knob. As soon as i would turn on the truck the ac/heater would be on full blast. There was no way to turn it off. I put this Heater Resistor in and it fixed the issue for less then $60. The part is under the passenger side glove compartment box. All i needed to do was take out two small bolts, maybe 6mm or 1/4 inch standard, I can't remember which one. Unplug the cable and plug the cable into the new unit and screw it back in. Easy as that. The new unit has 1 less fin and is a lot smaller then the OEM part.

Perfect fit and restored function!
Works great! My blower suddenly went from fine to either on or full blast in my 05 Armada and I had been noticing that it didn't seem as cold lately. Some research said this was the culprit, and it was!The screws to get this in/out are a giant pain in the butt, and took us forever to get, but the actual unit its self was a snap and changed out in seconds. My air is cold again and I have variable speeds on my blower. We used a 7/32 with an extender because it seemed impossible to reach with just the socket. Saved myself $20 on just the part ordering from here instead of my local dealer and probably a good couple hundred on labor.

Works as stated
I bought this thinking my old one wasn't working but it was , I got this plus a blower but it was another issue altogether .but it was easy to replace the old one with this new one , just a few bolts and a couple of connections ,I'm not the mechanic but I didn't have a problem with installing it .if you need this I recommend that you buy it .

Save yourself $ and fix it yourself!
My ac/fan was stuck on high. The controls did not adjust or shut it off. After looking up the problem online i figured i would try this $50 part as it worked for others. It took less than 5 minutes to change out. Just two bolts under the glove box/passenger side foot area. You just unclip the white wiring harness and plug it into this one.The one i purchased has 4 aluminum fins instead of 3 and it appears a little smaller. It bolted back up and aligned with the holes.Works great on my 2008 Nissan Titan SE.See pic for the part it replaced.

No Fan Operation; Random Fan Operation? Easy and Inexpensive to Fix Yourself
Our problem was that the fan would "stick" on one speed: high, or low. You could not change it with the control. Also, sometimes it would change speeds by itself (usually it would go to high) and trying to change it with the fan speed control did not work. So I looked on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3oTEOoQTug) to see if anyone else had this problem and found out how to fix it.This updated part is slightly different but still fits and works just fine. Use a 7/32 hex socket to remove and replace screws. The VBC is very accessible and easy to find. If you can operate a screw-driver you can perform this repair yourself and save a hefty parts markup and labor charge. Now the fan speed control works correctly. Note: This part works on both Nissan 2006 Armadas and 2006 Titans.
