This light worked immediately for me. I was having difficulty waking up in the morning and also I felt down during the days the sun wasn’t out. I now have energy and feel better. I enjoy using the light and look forward to it every morning when I fist wake up. Definitely a game changer.

Perfect on a work desk for the long dark winter! The different modes for intensity, timer and tone make it versatile.

I love all the different options for lighting, but it's almost impossible to see the controls. They are white on white with no buttons to push. I have to put on my glasses and use a flashlight to see what to push. Also, the cord is ridiculously short. I would like to put the lamp on a table about 6 ft away, but it won't reach, so I have to put it on my nightstand. I already have enough stuff on my nightstand, and don't have room for anything else. I'll have to figure out something else, but those two things are almost deal breakers. But, the lighting options are nice and for the price, it's worth it.

I used a big light (all they had a long time ago) for many years, After I retired I thought I didn't need one anymore until I realized I was tired and sluggish all through late fall/early winter. My daughter had this item on her kitchen table so I researched it and was pleasantly surprised to see how inexpensive it was. I have been using this light since a got it and it is so easy to use; only took a few days for me to notice a big difference in my energy level. Great price, user friendly, and really works!

For the money, I don't see why anyone in an environment with lower light generally would *not* buy at least an item like this. Now as for this item particularly, I have to agree with other reviewers in that:-Its a great little device and actually does work. The first night after using it I slept so much better and was able to turn out my night lights I usually keep on because my body felt for the first time I guess like I had "gotten enough" light. For whatever reason, it worked.-The buttons for the settings are not placed in the best spot requiring a bit of squinting etc to change when you are using the device.-What you get for the price is quite astounding. It really is a "life hack." It's funny how many Ohio-specific reviews there are for this device, but also being from Ohio with lots of cloudy weather, this device is a no brainier and I'd recommend it to anyone.Also:-I like the stand it comes with-I like that this light goes up to 15k lux which is helpful for me because I believe I am quite natural light starved because of my life situation at the moment as well.-the charging cable is too short for my liking. I wish it was closer to 6 ft in length.Overall, I'd recommend this especially if you are primarily living indoors and especially in a place that gets a fair amount of cloudy/overcast days.

This light therapy lamp is great. It can be made very bright, simulating the sun. When I use it, I feel a comforting, soothing feeling. Good price for the money too.

It lasted 6 months and now, it is not turning on anymore

The weight and size of this is similar to my kindle, so it is easy to tuck in my bag. I use it at work in my windowless office. It’s especially nice when it’s dark outside in the mornings and helps me wake up. It is stable. The collapsible stand clicks into the back for travel ease, and the touch controls are easy to use, except maybe a little too easy. It is easy to touch one of the buttons and change a setting, and the button spots are white-on-white. It’s a nice aesthetic, but impossible to see when the light is on. Been using it for more than a month and I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase.
