My husband and I have been using light therapy Lamps for over 20 years. We were very disappointed when our expensive light therapy lamp stopped working. However, it turned out to be a good thing as the lamp is much better than our previous lamp. It is easy to use. It has a blue light setting, which is easy on the eyes. It is highly effective as it provides us with increased energy and better sleep. I highly recommend this lamp.

Easy set up. I like that you can switch between blue or white ligbt. I've used blue only. e the white has triggered migraines for me in the past.I need an extension cord with it but no big deal. I use it for the max 45 minute setting and it helps me get up consistently, which is hard for me in these long dark winters.

I will just park in because it was actually Cj. My expectations came fast and efficiently.

Had it for a few weeks and so far no issues.

Piece of junk that doesn’t work-won’t even turn on

I have received two of these of these lamps and neither worked well. They will not readily change between daylight and blue. Occasionally, that button will function --- but it's like playing the lottery to try.Also, the stand is small compared to the lamp, which makes the lamp unstable.Disappointing. Returning the second for a refund.

The lamp is easy to use. I use for the lamp primarily for the blue light function to help with happiness on gray and cloudy days. It is also used for a skin condition. The light is also packaged very well so it can be transported easily when traveling.
