STILL AWAITING REFUND INSTRUCTIONS. Poor build quality and disgusting packaging
First, the plastic around the espresso machine box was covered in bird droppings. That, plus the cardboard smelling very fishy, made me wonder if the product had been stored on a seaside port or dock for a while. Then i tried setting up the machine. The handle that holds the coffee basket won't stay in place. Very poor build quality. I thought ariete was a good make. Was it really made in italy?
