You can probably find screws to fit it in the specialty hardware section of a hardware store. They are metric, but you probably can't get them in black. Once you have them get som blue thread locker so they won't come loose again.

Can you mount this onto a heat shield?

as long as the heat shield is setup to accept M-Lok or has M-Lok rail space. Does not work with key-mod or picatinny mount options

Streamlight hlx does this work?

Using this to hold Fiochi 1200 lumin flashlight on right side of handhold so I can turn it on with my thumb. Works greatt.
