I purchased this item in 2019. Recently, the 9/16" wrench stopped ratcheting. I contacted Amazon, which lead me to the Seller- Duratech. They requested a short video of the problem, and upon receipt of the video, processed a replacement shipment. In about a week, the new 9/16 wrench arrived.Great product and price, outstanding customer service, and a real warranty, about as good as it gets these days.

These arrived in a neat pouch and are chrome plated. Looks like a great set. I did find a set with 100 teeth on the net but at more than 3 times the cost did not think the need was there in a home mechanic situation. I have not put a lot of torque on the gears to see how they would hold up but look good. If I needed to put a lot of torque on the gears I would probably break it loose first either with a ratchet or other wrench, they look well made though, If I was a master mechanic I would go to snap-on or other high end tools, but for a home garage these look like a great addition to the tool set.

I was originally set to purchase a different set of wrenches. It was a single set that had a full range of sizes in both SAE and metric for about the same as I paid for this set which has only the SAE sizes. Well, just as I was about to pull the trigger and order the other set, I read the listing more carefully and discovered that the SAE wrenches were flex-head but the metric side was not. If I had ordered those wrenches I would have been REALLY upset. So started my research over and discovered that the same company makes a separate set of flex-head wrenches for both SAE and metric but under different brand names. I don't know why they do this, but I ordered both sets. It cost me more than I was originally planning to spend but, but both sets look very nice and seem worth the price. I have not used them yet and the true value of a wrench is how well it works turning a fastener, so I can't report on their durability. But the quality of the manufacture seems fine at this point and so far I am pleased with my purchase.

Edit: Below is the original review but I have since figured out how to contact the vendor. I've been navigating websites and shopping online for about twenty years, but I couldn't seem to figure out how to contact the seller the first time around. About two months later I tried again and figured it out. Perhaps the first time they didn't have a method of being contacted. I don't know. But I contacted them the second time via a message through Amazon. I explained the situation and they promptly agreed to send a replacement wrench. They said it would come from China so I assumed it would take six weeks. I believe it took less than one week. I am very happy with the purchase now. Thanks for the excellent customer service.Original review: The wrenches are great but the 1/2 inch one ratchet didn't work. I couldn't contact them through Amazon. I did a google search for Geardrive's number and I was lead to the names of two different companies. I left a voicemail and never heard back. It's like this brand doesn't even exist.

I bought these so I'd have options when working on nuts and bolts in tight spaces. I wasn't looking to pay for a bulletproof tool, though - I won't use these wrenches all that much.Since purchase, I've used them several times and am happy to report that they get it done. The quality seems adequate, and overall they're a solid value. Just don't expect them to stand up to Snap-On.

I got this set of wrenches to work on my camper. I needed the15/16 swivel head. The price of the complete set was a little more than the one wrench I needed from the big box store. Heavy duty wrenches. Come in a nice carrying pouch. I recommend these wrenches.

Liked the wide size range which provided good value for the money. Now that I’m using them they’re performing well. Time will tell how sturdy they are but I already know they’re better than the off brands sold at “tool” stores.
