My story starts with Estroven Max Strength....I suffer early/pre mature menopause symptom 5 years ago - mood swing, hair loss, super dry skin. I was only 40. Then I did a lot of research and found a few remedy online. I was not very confident when I first decided to try this product. Next thing you know is that I have been taking them ever since. It did not show immediate results but it did make me "feel" better in the first couple of months and my symptom slowly go away starting the third month. It is a relief to me personally.In addition to Estroven Max strength, I also take low dose birth control pill, Xenesis Ep (natural estrogen/progesterone treatment) plus 5000mcg Nature's Bounty Biotin. This combo is the total solution for my menopause symptom since 3 years ago. It was based on trial and error experience. The most important thing is the hair loss stop, mood swing is minimal. I have dry skin myself but no longer super dry to the point I could not put up with it. This daily combo is not cheap but I think it is worth it. My mother tried this product several months ago and has been hooked. I purchased it for my wife and she has said it has made a huge difference. She has more energy and has really helped her mood swings. I would say that I have 2 women in my life that both say that the product has helped them, I would give that 2 thmbs up because if Mom is happy then everybody is happy :)

OK, it already seems that everyone who has bought this product has bought it for their mothers, but I cannot tell you what a difference this product has made for mine. Maybe its a generation thing. I found this product online after dealing with my mother's menopause. Let me tell you, she already has had less hot flashes and more energy. And my dad seems to be more happy too :)
