Can you disable the alarm if don't need it?

You can just set the alarm setting very high so it will never go off. Mine is set to like 140 degrees. So if that goes off we have a bigger problem.

Could I use this to turn a room humidifier off and on at a certain humidity level?

Yes. You can set a set point with a range. Say you want it at 65% humidity. You set it to 65% with a variance of you’re choice. Say 3%. So if it goes down to 62% it will turn in the humidifier until it reaches 65%. If it goes up to 68% it will turn on a dehumidifier.

Can i use this with a swamp cooler to maintain the humidity in a room?

Hello, Please note that the humidifier/dehumidifier must meet the following conditions: 1. The power is within the range of 100-240V, 10A; 2. It can be turned on automatically after power on; 3. No built-in humidity control/built-in humidity control will not affect IHC-200 control; 4. The target humidity can be reached when working alone; As long as these conditions are met, they can be used together. Thank you.

Can I splice two exhaust fans into one line and then plug it into the humidistat outlet so it turns on and off two fans at the same time?

Yeah sure. Just need to make sure the total power will not exceed 240v.
