We never know how hard it is to find graph ruled composition notebook from local store until recently, and we are glad that we can order it from Amazon and we were able to get it the next day. This graph ruled notebook has super smooth paper which make it enjoyable to write. The hard cover is definitely must have to keep this notebook long lasting. We love the design of the class schedule so that our daughter can use it accordingly. This had been working great for our daughter! Love the quality and the green cover! Highly recommend it to any middle school and high school students!

Thankfully these hard cover composition books are still available. They are a little more expensive but worth it. I use them for my technical work as well for journaling. The cheap ones have flimsy covers, these are much better.

It's hard to find a hard-cover notebook with graph paper, 5 squares per inch, anymore. Grateful to find this.

this is a good graph paper composition book. reading previous reviews it sounds like these notebooks were loved until they started manufacturing them overseas and then the quality declined. they must have gotten the message as they are made in the usa again. and, the lines aren’t too dark as some older reviews say; in fact they are lighter than my rhodia graph paper pad which is top quality.pros:-200 pages/100 sheets of graph paper - a nice fat composition book that will last awhile-blue squares are 5x5 which is a preferred size-blue ink is just the right heaviness - not too dark or too light for the grid-cover bends all the way back for stiff writing board-super affordablecons:-paper is super thin at only 15 lbs but composition book paper is always quite thin (I don’t know if it’s thinner than other brands)-blue squares aren’t printed super crisp (compared to my rhodia pad) but that doesn’t impact the use of grids at all as far as I can tell. I only noticed it upon comparison-blue squares aren’t perfectly lined up on front & back of sheets - just a smidge off but not a concern for meif you want to write on the backside of the sheet, pencil of course works great and pilot frixion erasable pens also barely have any show through on the backside. their black ink is more of a dark gray. that’s the pen I’ll probably use most. pigma micron 02 is also great and 03 has a little show through. just use pencil or the right pens and you’ll be able to write on the backside without a problem. obviously, a lot of regular pens will have show through and bleed through.I’m going to use this for drawing, design layouts, lettering & handwriting practice and crochet diagrams. I’ll probably put some kraft paper etc. on the cover to make it look a little nicer so I don’t look like I’m in junior high. ;)
