Good product
My box was delivered with damaged item. Not sure if was dropped by delivery service or the seller during packaging. The air pump had a broken side panel and it wasn't working. Amazon gave me a refund and I managed to fix it for temporary use. The product is pretty much the same quality as any other air bed at this price range but is a little cheaper. It is also from a good brand which is why I bought it.

Disgusting after receiving the product
First of all the size is big and is bigger than single bed size and i wanted a smaller one ... I do not want to switch on the air for 24/7 hours and whenever i am moving there's a sound which is disturbing also it may be noted some of the portions are not fully maturing even after charging it for 5 hours...it is really troublesom for me

Romson air bed is such a useless item it only works on electricity it needs power supply every 24 hours which is not mentioned anywhere on website The spokeperson mr.manish said it is non refundable item and this is common sense How can u say that is this customer satisfaction? Have paid for it is this amazon policy? He also added ask manufacturer for the same complaint did i paid to manufacturer directly Its is not mentioned anywhere that this product only runs with power supply Then whats the policy about?? Need an answer for this Kindly make a note of it!

Bad company
Product stopped inflating after 3-4 months. Called company to claim warranty - they asked to make a video of defective product and send to them. They said they will send me the whatsapp no to which the video is to be sent - but they never sent me the WhatsApp no. Useless company. Not worth it.

good buy
Was having a lot of problems with bedsores. My mum-in-law is slowly becoming bedridden. Have a water mattress but an air mattress was recommended by dr. Would advise all caregivers to get one. Easy to use, doesnt take up much electricity, also simple to keep clean. Now no more new bedsores and all old ones have cleared up. BIG relief.
