great landmine attachment
Was looking to get some new exercises for variety and saw some youtubers using this, never see these in most gyms, this has opened up fun and functional exercises, chest, shoulders, back, really got me motivated and looking forward to doing them, it’s well made, solid, got some heft to it, the grips are pretty fat, definitely fatter than any bar you’re used to, but they feel good anyway, there’s no knurling but i’ve had no slipping issues at all, Imo the grips are spaced decently for me and probably most lifters, got the palms away and neutral, slides onto the olympic bar easily, can still fit a decent amount of weight on it, I haven’t hit the attachment yet, the screw locks it on the bar, haven’t had it slip. Was worth the money, wasn’t expensive, doesn’t take up a lot of room, it’s easy to use/put on and opens up new ways to hit those same muscles, variety is progression. Definitely would recommend, this device and this brand.

Great buy
Well built and welds look decent. Putting it together was easy. The bolts lined up easily and it took about 3 minutes to get it together. An extra set of washers for the nut side would have been nice. They include two little wrenches which is a nice touch and means you don’t have to go looking for tools to build it. If you own a home gym, you should own some loc-tite thread lock and I would recommend you look into it if you do not. I’m 6’7” and have incredibly- drag-on-ground-long arms. I was able to press with this both on a traditional grip and a wide neutral grip. I played with rows with a few grips too. Shrugs were ok but reverse shrugs were even better. I’m long and have a 34” waist. I can get enough of a stance between the handles to feel solid but that may not be an option for thicker individuals. Today I thought I would try deadlifts. This weekend I will try using it for chest but I have concerns about the weight above my head like that. I’m sure my wife will put it through her paces today with clean and press, deadlift, and maybe rows. I have a pretty good bar and great thin oly plates but I was only able to slide about 200lbs before running out of room. Today I will try 4 of my 50kg steel plates to see how it holds up. You don’t want a whippy bar for this- I wouldn’t use my wife’s Olympic bar for fear of bouncing. There was a little bit of flex and bounce at 200lbs but I didn’t feel like anything was going to break. For the ‘exercise-per-dollar’ this thing is absolutely an awesome buy in both functionality and quality. UPDATE: 3, 50kg Rogue plates + a Vulcan 45lb and no concerns of breaking with cleans, press, or deadlifts.

Nice viking press attachment for the price
This is a basic viking press attachment that comes in 3 parts. 4 bolts, 4 nuts and two washers neatly hold them in place..Install takes about 5 to 10 minutes, mostly just hand torquing. So to the piece itself. It gently slipped on to the barbell end. The screw held the attachment to the barbell and didn't move when I was doing my exercise movements. The attachment itself is fairly large sized in diameter so factor that in (read male hands). It is pretty smooth so perhaps get some gloves if you get sweaty. Other than that it works well, appears sturdy, has a solid metal weight/heft to it. Since I would use it around 2 to 3 times a week, I think it will wear well. So far so good. At this price point this is awesome. The space between the two ends is not huge at about 15 inches. So I would look at other options if this is a concern. But those attachment push thr price to $200 and above. So, see what works best for you. yes4all, gets a yes from me for now.

Nice gym/landmine addition
I'm a huge landmine proponent and have been doing standing chest/shoulder presses using just the bar end for a couple years. My palms started to bother me tho and I needed a change anyway so I decided to give this guy a try. The price seemed right and it'd give me some additional hand positions to press and experiment with for other lifts. I used it today for the first time. It's pretty well built and was easy to assemble. I used it solely for neutral grip presses, using the interior, shoulder width handles for that. I enjoyed it. It felt different enough from using just the bar that it's definitely hitting my shoulder, chest and back muscles in a different way. The handles are pretty thick, maybe a tad too thick for me (I have size large hands but like to be able to really wrap my hands/fingers around barbells, etc.) but I'm going to put in the effort to get used to them since I love the movement so much. One issue of which to be aware: if you want to use the neutral grips you'll need a way to raise the bar off the ground high enough to be able to get under them and grab them for pressing. I raised it high enough so I could squat, then stand/press the bar up (which is a great whole body movement by itself). Anyway, for the price, this seems like a winner as long as you're not planning on loading a ton of weight on it. I'm not likely to go above 180lbs with pressing movements so it's all good for me. Recommended.

Pretty Good
This press attachment is really good, It works out group of muscles. The only thing I am not too fan of is the grip! It is very thick and a little bit slippery so i usually wear my gloves to make sure i have a good grip!. Overall for it seems to be a solid attachment and great addition for your home workout or gym!

Outstanding piece of equipment
This product is outstanding, first and foremost it was easy to assemble without any instructions. Attach it to any Olympic bar and the workout is immediately taken to another level. It really works the effected muscles. Everything about the equipment is great. The weight is perfect. The thickness I really like and the stability is second to none. I highly recommend this for anyone that is serious about a workout. You can do so much with this it’s just amazing. 👍🏿👍🏿

Precies wat je verwacht. Een vriend heeft deze ook, daarom heb ik hiervoor gekozen. Super simpel in elkaar te zetten en heel stevig.

Very well made. Fits perfectly on the end of an Olympic bar. I use mine inserted into a landmine for pressing and also rotational/core strengthening for grappling throws. You can use this for so much more than just the obvious pressing movements. Solid construction and the twist lock is solid. Often these parts are flimsy, not on this one.
