How can I talk to the seller about my item? This Is an item that I bought for my granddaughter and she was wearing it and it broke I want to see if they can possibly repair it for her. She absolutely loves this necklace and I would like to have it fixed for her

Good design just not strong enough to withstand every day life. Broke mine in less than 3 months. Cost to much for that

This is truly beautiful, and we gave it to our granddaughter as part of her HS graduation. She loved it, and she is a careful, mature young woman. She has another, similar in construction necklace, that she has worn daily for about 3 years with no problem. This one broke in about 3 weeks. Fortunately I spent the $17 for full warranty, but I don't have any hope that a repair will last. I am very disappointed.

I loved this necklace was so excited to give it to my granddaughter. But ! It must of accidentally got thrown out with Christmas paper. 😢

I had been looking for a replacement necklace for the one I broke for a while. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this one… then it came in the mail. The cross is way too big. It appeared much more delicate in the pictures. Dissapointing but I do wear it occasionally
