Very happy with this selection after well over a year of good use. These knives come very sharp, and with reasonable care, will stay that way. Well balanced and comfortable, with a fine play between feeling sturdy in the hand and to the chop, without being too heavy for sustained use. Beyond the individual blades, this set of three is well judged too. Despite having the usually wannabie chef's collection of varied knives accumulated over the years, I can honestly say I rarely reach for one outside this set of three. The exceptions being a bread knife and the very occasional cleaver time!
