This sauna top was exactly what I was looking for and when the price went where I thought was reasonable, I purchased it. However, the reviews mostly stated the item runs true to size (only a few people stated it ran big or small--went with the majority). IT DOES NOT FIT TRUE TO SIZE. It runs very small. I ordered a Large as I can wear a Medium to Large depending on the cut of the top. When I opened the bag, I thought the top was a small or medium. It fit like a snug medium, and I have a petite frame (small but not thin). You definitely need to SIZE UP one or two sizes if you are not thin but, I guess you would not need a sauna top or suit if you were. Unfortunately, it had to be returned because the way the returns/replacements are set up I could not exchange for a larger size. I so wanted to keep it, oh well!

This set is very durable. It does exactly what the description says. I love it and would recommend to others.

I bought this to cut weight for a BJJ tournament and it definitely helped me accomplish that.I don’t understand why the sizing is so weird. I’m glad I read the other reviews and sized up. I’m normally a medium in most things and i had to size up to XL and it was still tight! This has absolutely zero stretch and I almost panicked when trying to get the top off lol. I wouldn’t get this if you are claustrophobic.

I like that this product does what it supposed to do. Make you sweat! The problem is that it runs small so you have to order at least 2x bigger. Especially if you have thick thighs or butt cuz it's a bit snug for me. I'm regularly a 2x but I bought a 4x so it's ok, I'm just afraid it may rip after so long. Which means I better start losing weight now so it doesn't. Overall I do like it!

You want to size up your purchase. I wear 36C bra and Size Large was tight in chest area. There is no stretch at all and when it’s too tight it is very hard to take off with all the sweat.So I used this during the treadmill. Let me tell you …….. there were puddles built up in the elbow bicep area to the point where it was swooshing around. I dropped my arm to the side for one moment and drips spilled out onto the treadmill. I had to stop and run to the bathroom to let all the sweat out into the sink. My shoes were also soaked from the sweat coming from the pants. I’m ordering another one but 2 sizes up bc I want it to be loose. It was hard taking it off bc it creates a suction on your body.

I wore this for the 1st time for 15 min and I was soaked. I need this in a whole suit.I worn over my shirt and underneath my shirt and still lots of sweat. Love it!

Buona tuta, fa sudare molto! Importante idratanti bene quando la si usa.. evitare le ore troppo calde!!

Lo compre hace un mes, con respecto a la talla me guíe por el peso que indica la tabla y todo correcto, con buenos cuidados, lavado a mano con agua fría se ha mantenido como nuevo. Hace su función lo recomiendo.

Es sollte vllt für die Zukunft ein Reißverschluss geben.Weil das ausziehen erschwert wird.
