Loved it. Makes me feel great all around. Great for cramps and heavy periods. Great for slowing down facial hair growth as well. Strong and smells delicious like fresh peppermint. I would say the batch I got was fresh. You can serve hot or cold. Whatever you prefer.

Update; 4/6/25 My order was in my mailbox. All my other orders came to my door. This one was in the mailbox.🤷 Package wes packed perfectly, package was fresh. Tea is soo good, makes it body feel Soothing. Happy it was in the mailbox, Amazon would have fixed it anyway.😊 Didn't received my package (Triple Peppermint Tea!) I'll wait a Day or Two then call Amazon. They always take care of issues for me.👍 I received several packages today. Not my Triple Peppermint Tea.😑
