Do these fit similarly to Lee Extreme Comfort pants?

Compared to the Lee Extreme Comfort pants, everything is comparable until you get to the waist. The waist support on these are very cheap. There is no extra interior lining along the waist. These pants also lack a belt loop compared to Lee and most other pants. This missing belt loop is really necessary because it would normally be placed directly in the back of the pants in order to prevent plumber's crack.

Are these true to size in length and waist? I'm 6'2" with a 34" waist and usually wear 34"x34" pants. Should I order my usual size?

I recently bought these for my husband, waist and length were true however, we are returning since there wasn’t enough room where he needed it. It seemed as though these were a lower waist cut pant, as the front area was “snug”.
