Perfect for a clean installation and good quality for the price. I have my dashcam hardware to the fuse box and tugged everything underneath. I love it! Come on and off with the ignition.

Saved money, camera co sold for 3 x’s as much. SIM card from co is overpriced. Installation do’s say if their brand isn’t used, camera may not work. All’s I got to say is BOLOGNA! 4years later no problems w the after market goodies.

This is a great option for powering your auto security camera. Easy to use. Lots of connectivity options. Great price. Plenty of cable length.

TEST IT IN SOMETHING INEXPENSIVE FIRST. I bought two and both were defective. I installed the first to power my vehicle tracker and the moment I turned it on, it killed the tracker, which previously took charges from other microUSB chargers no problem. The tracker got real hot later and never worked again. $30 tracker destroyed. I opened and checked the other I purchased (for a second tracker) but this time bench tested it first. The second one was outputing negative .12 volts. Maybe not enough to destroy anything, but not the +5V that it should be. I have no idea what the first one put out to destroy my tracker, I think it destroyed itself in the process. Yes, I had the input polarity correct, I am an electrical engineer I know what I am doing. I will say otherwise, I was very impressed with the kit. The fuse dongles were fantastic it made connection super easy, it came with a prybar for interiors, different sizes of fuse dongles, it supported both micro and miniUSB connections. it was a well done and well thought out kit I thought it was great until it smoked my device, so clearly an unfortunate quality issue with the converter device. Be sure to test yours before you connect to your expensive equipment. I sliced the adapter cable open to access the red/black to clip my meter to the wires to measure the output in the attached photo, since I did not have something to plug in to measure it with. You can see the bench power supply is providing a reasonable voltage. This is the 2nd adapter straight out of the box, before I ever connected it to anything. You can see the landairsea $30 tracker in the background that the first one killed.

This kit includes everything you need with one REAL BIG EXCEPTION.... INSTRUCTIONS. Would it have killed them to put in instructions. Also the unit says DVR module not Dashcam. If my car burns down i know who i come after. So far so good though.

I bought this product from Amazon and it works as expected. The installation process was straightforward and didn't take much time. The quality is solid and it performs well. One of the connectors was a bit loose, but I easily fixed it with some electrical tape, so it's not a big issue. While it's not perfect, it certainly meets my needs. Overall, a reliable choice that I would recommend!

Comes with what you’d want I suppose. I have no complaints though I might need to buy another one as mine is wearing thin after having to relocate from vehicle to vehicle after totaling so many this year. Not sure I even want the dashcam anymore as it’s not me it’s helping, but the opposition. 😂
