water colors
It's like tattooing with tinted water. Your better off buying cheap inks from china. Glad I didn't invest alot of money into this brand. I have never seen anything like it 99% useless. I won't throw these inks away, I will use them as cheap water colors for my paintings. As far as tattooing goes, I will be sticking to the classic inks. #had to give Scream Ink 1 star because I couldnt choose less. Fast shipping.

The best neon color to use for great tats
This is what the color was used for on brown skin and it looks fabulous. I recommend scream to anyone who wants top quality for a good price.
