So, I am not dainty. 5'5" and 200 pounds of solidness. My ankle was even swollen from tendonitis, and the extra small isn't really supportive. It also doesn't seem to do anything special; my cheapo tourmaline insoles from Wish warm better than this. I've noticed nothing, no warmth or special effect.Pretty sure I got duped here.

Love Love Love this brace. They run a little large. I wear a size 10 shoe and I bought a L. I am buying a second one but will buy a Medium. It compresses just right. It is supportive but very comfortable. I bought it for my Achilles tendinitis and so I have to be careful where the heel hole is.

I have three now...always a clean one in the drawer. I have had issues with my ankle swelling since I tore my achilles tendon around 6 years ago. I now where this ankle brace whenever I am on my feet a lot and have had no more problems.

Seemed to support ankle. When I showed it to my orthopedist, he said it doesn't do any good other than support. I have a couple of relatives that swear by the ankle and knee braces.

Bought this for my sister after she broke her ankle. As with all Back on track products, it worked great.

Wir sind so begeistert von dem Produkt "Back on Track" an sich, dass mein Mann jetzt einen zweiten Fußgelenkschoner bekommen hat. Er zieht sie immer dann an, wenn er wieder Probleme mit den Gelenken, Bändern, Sehnen hat.

Ich liebe und schätze Back on Track. Deshalb ist mittlerweile auch ein Fußgelenkschoner eingezogen. Er ist grundsätzlich angenehm zu tragen, die sanfte Wärme tut mir gut und er stützt auch etwas. Lediglich an manchen Tagen schneidet er ein wenig ein, denke aber eine andere Größe würde das Problem lösen.
